I began printmaking in 2011 at Northern Illinois University under the instruction of Michael Barnes and Ashley Nason. Although I have created work in all of the print mediums I have embraced lithography as my medium of choice. I use multiple stones to create multiple color prints inspired by posters and chromolithographs of the past. My prints use icons of American history and myths to question our national identity. I recently graduated the University of Arizona with an MFA in printmaking under the guidance of Aaron Coleman.
