Eric Wilson is a Chicago-based artist and educator working primarily in lithography and sculpture. He earned his BFA in Printmaking from Northern Illinois University in 2013 and his MFA in Printmaking from the University of Arizona in 2018. Wilson’s practice explores the intersection of traditional media and contemporary image-making, examining how history continues to shape personal and cultural narratives. In 2023, he founded T-Bar Ranch, a project dedicated to manufacturing lithographic drawing materials and publishing original prints. He teaches at Harold Washington College and offers private instruction in printmaking. His work is rooted in craftsmanship, humor, and critical reflection, inviting us to reconsider familiar stories through the lens of this hands-on tradition.
